about
Hey! I’m Lisa.
I’m an actor, writer & comedian originally from Long Island, now based in New York City. I’m a BFA Acting graduate of Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts.
Recent on screen credits include Drive-Away Dolls, Heart of Lumber and Worst Behavior (both upcoming in 2025). I was awarded Best Actor at the First Frame Film Festival’s self-tape competition in 2023.
In New York, I’ve performed on stage with Playwrights Horizons, The SHE NYC Festival, The 24 Hour Plays, and Joe’s Pub at The Public. Favorite regional credits include Fun Home, The Wolves, and the original production of Incident at Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
As a writer, I’ve worked with The People’s Improv Theater and The Upright Citizens Brigade. I have one well-received TikTok character. I was a finalist for Primary Stage’s Echoes Writers cohort for my full-length comedy God Mic in 2024. I’m also a member of the Ring of Keys network, an arts advocacy organization that connects and promotes the work of queer and trans/GNC theatre artists (linked here).
For the record, I’m a double Aquarius, Libra moon, and can be found on social media @lisa_naso
